Karen Asprea, who as principal of Whitehall Interiors directed the design and creation of interiors for many of New York’s most successful condominium and apartment towers, announced the formation of Karen Asprea Studio (KAS) in New York. The new company offers a specialized consulting practice focused on project management, design oversight and integration of the design and construction process for residential, retail and commercial projects. KAS also offers high end interior design services for private residences.
“I had the opportunity to participate many times in the successful realization of design – where synthesis of great ideas, materials, scheduling, workmanship, attention to detail, budgeting and creativity come together to create the most outstanding construction projects,” Karen Asprea said. “I am excited to establish this consultancy and put my experience and expertise to work on projects that range in size from individual homes up to the largest new office, retail or residential installation. I want to offer a tailored experience to clients who value the design process and help them reap the benefits of a well-executed project.”
Through her interior design practice, Ms. Asprea helps homeowners create their perfect environment. She recently completed a beautiful apartment renovation in Brooklyn for Phoebe Robinson from 2 Dope Queens, a popular podcast and HBO special.
