Santa Margherita SpA (Santamargherita) announced its participation in Cersaie 2025. Showcasing the Inciso collection and SM Marble line, the installation highlights sensations elicited by design choices, brought to life by Giuseppe Bavuso. This exhibition of thoughtful resource use invites exchange between designers spanning multiple generations and sustains the energy and excitement driving innovation at Santamargherita.

Inciso Collection

Channeling emotion into physical form, the Inciso collection feels untamed and deeply instinctive, yet domesticated when desired. Its textures reshape the relationship between surface and space, altering how light moves, how people engage and how air flows through an environment. What was once a flat plane becomes dimensional and expressive, infused with character, tension and rhythm.

The collection hosts three textures: Rigato, Spaccato and Ondulato, each possessing qualities that shift the mood and behavior of a space. Rigato offers a disciplined linearity, drawing the eye with subtle repetition and structure. Spaccato introduces fracture and force, with irregular indentations that catch shadow and suggest movement. Ondulato softens the experience, flowing in symmetrical curves that bring ease and calm. Together, they form a tactile vocabulary for thoughtful, expressive design.

SM Marble

SM Marble’s ability to embody the depth of the Inciso textures comes through naturally and beautifully. At Cersaie 2025, select colors from the SM Marble line will be on display in all three textures, each taking on a distinct voice. Designers are invited to envision how light, touch and tone shape dimensional space. With lasting durability, SM Marble serves architectural environments and stands firmly on the podium of material innovation.

Bavuso Design

The involvement of Giuseppe Bavuso in the booth’s design is essential. Following the celebrated 2024 debut of the Shizen collection, Bavuso was once again selected to bring his vision to the forefront. His approach reflects a deep sensitivity to material and space, where the thoughtful use of resources is never separate from aesthetic intention. With sustainability always in view, Bavuso’s work expresses the shared and valued relationship between humans and the environments they shape.

Santamargherita continues a commitment that honors material and meaning. The collaboration with Giuseppe Bavuso, the showcasing of Inciso textures on SM Marble and the emphasis on dialogue across generations mark a moment of excellence in exhibition. This is surface design with substance. Santamargherita builds to endure and designs to inspire.
