The 90-day pause that went into effect on IEEPA Reciprocal Tariffs in April is set to expire at the end-of-day on July 8, 2025. Goods needed to be arrived within the port limits and entered and released by Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) to qualify for the 10% tariff. Any goods arriving July 9 and forward will be subject to the rate in effect at that time. There is still uncertainty if the rates will revert to the country-specific rates that were in effect before the pause, or if new rates will be established.
