Bond New York, a full-service brokerage with five offices throughout Manhattan has announced that it has been named the exclusive marketing and leasing agent of Piermont Properties’ new-large scale residential rental development at 178-02 Hillside Ave in Jamaica Hills.
The building is all new from the ground up, and it will house 131 residential apartments on its eight floors. It occupies the entire city block between 178th and 179th Streets along Hillside Avenue, directly above the F Train subway station. The property will also feature indoor valet parking and a rich amenity package for residents. CVS will occupy the 14,000-square-foot retail space at the property.
The project is designed by Chris Carrano of ADG Architecture & Design, who has created the look and feel of a Manhattan-style luxury apartment building rising above the Hillside Avenue neighborhood. The building features set back terraces, over-sized windows, many private outdoor spaces as well as a central 8,500-square-foot landscaped roof courtyard, flanked by the three wings of the building.
The building will be completed shortly and leasing is expected to begin this spring.
