Landsea Homes, Barksy Gallery and Lauren Jayne Design Studio Celebrate the Unveiling of Arts Avora

Landsea Homes hosted an evening soiree to celebrate the launch of Arts Avora, its new arts program inside their luxury Weehawken waterfront condominium Avora. Created in collaboration with Hoboken-based Barsky Gallery and boutique interior design studio Lauren Jayne Design, Arts Avora is an initiative that brings inspiring artwork into the building’s lobby and amenities. Guests were given a first look at the permanent installation by the artists themselves, emerging American artist Hanna Margetson-Rushmore and French photographer Fabrice Silly.

The exhibition comprises a collection of Margetson-Rushmore’s large-scale texturized prints that harmonize with Avora’s vibrant waterfront location and contemporary architecture and Silly’s landscape and waterscape photography. Guests also previewed two of the building’s newest model residences and enjoyed dramatic views of the Manhattan skyline, Hudson River and evening sunset from the balcony.

Avora is a LEED-anticipated amenity-rich condominium developed by international homebuilder Landsea Homes that blends luxury with sustainability. As part of the firm’s mission to build homes and communities that reflect their surroundings, Landsea Homes tapped world-renowned architecture studio IBI Group to craft a design inspired by the building’s coastal location, resulting in a contemporary aesthetic with a nautical twist. Avora’s location provides breathtaking views of the Midtown Manhattan skyline and Hudson River in addition to easy access to the neighboring Port Imperial ferry terminal.

With interiors by IDA Associates, Avora comprises 184 residences with 84 unique floor plans and three bespoke finish palettes, offering expansive one-,two- and three-bedroom residences as well as a duplex penthouses.

In addition to its stunning homes, Avora offers an extensive collection of resort-style amenities that exude a true indoor/outdoor living experience. Residents can enjoy a landscaped courtyard with bbqs and beautifully appointed outdoor dining areas, a sun shelf outdoor swimming pool with adjacent cabanas and sweeping views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline, residents lounge comprising a two-sided fireplace, entertainment AV system equipped with surround sound, co-working space and tech hub, catering kitchen and private break-out rooms outfitted for business presentations or dining, a children’s playroom, private screening room, virtual golf simulator and game room, state-of-the-art fitness center with the latest cardio and strength training equipment, steam, sauna and locker rooms, on-site pet grooming, full service lobby with concierge and coffee bar and additional bicycle and cold storage.
