BOND New York has announced the hire of agent Bruno Reljic.
Reljic comes to BOND with nine years of real estate experience — four of which were in Europe and the remaining in NYC real estate. Growing up in his family’s real estate firm in Croatia, he learned the business inside-out while still in high school. From there, he moved on to investments and developments, leading a variety of projects that included purchasing land, financing, building, marketing and sales. Most recently he was an agent at Douglas Elliman and has done stints at Town and Compass.
Reljic will concentrate on sales and rentals across Manhattan, with a specialty in the West and East Villages, Chelsea and the Flatiron District.
He holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from Baruch College and speaks four languages: English, Croatian, Spanish and Italian.
