Platinum Living Realty, an independent luxury real estate brokerage, will soon offer Scottsdale Fashion Square visitors a glimpse at some of the Valley’s most sought after luxury real estate when it opens its Luxury Retail Kiosk inside the shopping mall. The Luxury Retail Kiosk will offer locals and out-of-state visitors an opportunity to view available properties from across the state and speak with real estate experts to answer any questions.

The Platinum Living Realty Luxury Retail Kiosk will open on Monday, July 15, on the second floor of the Nordstrom Wing atop the Food Court escalators. It will be situated near the Monte Blanc and Louis Vuitton stores. The Luxury Retail Kiosk will be staffed by Platinum Living Realty agents and real estate experts during the mall’s operating hours and will be equipped with large screen televisions and iPads to showcase available homes.
While Platinum Living Realty already has a fully staffed office in Old Town Scottsdale at its Waterfront office located on Camelback Rd. near Olive & Ivy and the canal, they believe this new Luxury Retail Kiosk will signal their commitment to the Scottsdale community and help educate more people about the real estate process.

In 2017, Travel + Leisure magazine ranked Scottsdale Fashion Square as one of the most visited malls as well with more than 12 million annual visitors.
In addition to the Waterfront office, Platinum Living Realty has another office location in Scottsdale’s DC Ranch Crossing. Earlier this year, Platinum Living Realty opened its first office outside of the Phoenix Metro in Casa Grande. Additionally, Platinum Living Realty will be opening its new North Scottsdale office at Summit at Scottsdale this summer.
