Close your eyes. For a minute, you’ll think you’re in Paris as Le Bilboquet Palm Beach serves up breakfast on the island. It’s one of the few places where you can find a proper European breakfast. Not only is it Palm Beach’s most coveted dining destination, but since February 16th, its gorgeous courtyard is a haven for early risers wanting to feast on a panoply of precious pastries, including croissants, Viennoiseries and heartier options such as Bilboquet’s signature omelets with rösti, eggs benedict, avocado toast and salmon gravlax.

“Taking a page from our successful Café Bilboquet in New York City, we wanted to bring the same quality selections and ingredients to the most important meal of the day. And so far, it’s been a huge hit,” said Dobi Trendafilova, principal of Le Bilboquet Palm Beach.

Freshly squeezed juices, healthy smoothies and acai bowls are also on the menu, along with the finest coffees and teas. Patrons may elect to eat in or grab-and-go. Le Bilboquet, known for its elegant dress code, is relaxing its “no shorts” policy during the morning hours, which is a welcome rule-bend for those coming straight from Soul Cycle or Isaac Boots’ classes. Of course, you can always channel your inner Emily Cooper! Mais oui!
