The Elser Hotel, Downtown Miami’s fitness-focused luxury hotel with a two-story state-of-the-art gym, is set to redefine wellness and longevity with the launch of an exclusive monthly series in partnership with BioHack Miami, a community-based wellness organization dedicated to enhancing the long-term health and vitality of Miami’s residents through the latest biohacking innovations. Kicking off on Sunday, March 9, this dynamic event offers attendees access to elite fitness training, groundbreaking biohacking treatments and hands-on health optimization experiences – all set within The Elser’s 20,000-square-foot fitness complex and amenity deck overlooking Biscayne Bay.
Each monthly event features a diverse lineup of wellness vendors showcasing innovative practices, treatments and products. Sponsors include Broadway Health, which will provide IV therapy, two nurses, intramuscular shots and a facial specialist; Healthspan, which will offer Normatec chairs and InBody assessments; LifeMed Regenerative, which will provide cupping and electroshock stimulation; Tony Thomas, a renowned fitness expert, sports agent and entrepreneur who will lead a HIIT session; Vignoli Food, founded by internationally recognized olive oil expert and master miller Claudio Vignoli who will be bringing samples of high-quality polyphenol-rich olive oil; KOA Life, founded by the Naven Twins, former athletes, biohackers and health enthusiasts who will showcase KOA Life skin care solutions, provide product samples, and educate attendees about peptides; KRU PT + Performance Lab, founded by Dr. Kyle Krupa, who will perform dry needling, spine adjustments and stretching; NeuroReform Clinics, which will provide the NeuroReformer, a pain treatment technology that uses AI-driven neuropathic stimulation; and Nutrition on the Go and Axolt Brain Nutrition, which will offer product samples. Additionally, the event will feature biohacking treatments such as red light therapy, PEMF, EMS Training, vitamin and metal testing, microcurrent therapy and more.
“We want to create a truly unique event where attendees don’t just work out but also learn how to optimize their health, test the latest wellness innovations, and connect with a forward-thinking community,” said Marie Sophie Baier, who co-founded BioHack Miami with health, fitness and longevity enthusiast Alexander Ellis. “Our goal is to help Miami residents and visitors become stronger and healthier – and live longer – by presenting them with the latest biohacking advancements in an interactive and engaging way.”
“BioHack Miami is dedicated to building a thriving community focused on health optimization and longevity,” added Ellis. While Miami’s fitness scene continues to grow, there has never been a fully integrated wellness and biohacking event that combines a state-of-the-art gym, recovery, longevity science and holistic health into one immersive experience. While Miami is already recognized as a wellness hub, we seek to position the city at the forefront of health technology and longevity science, supporting its vision of becoming a Blue Zone. We are particularly excited to launch this series at The Elser Hotel, which is widely known for its wellness-centered programming and amenities.”
Managed by Highgate, The Elser is one of Downtown Miami’s leading wellness-focused hotels, offering guests more than 300 pieces of state-of-the-art workout equipment in its two-story, 20-000-square foot fitness center – all with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. The expansive gym, open 24 hours, has a cardio wall with an assortment of stationary bikes, rowing machines, treadmills and ellipticals and a free-weight area with a variety of dumbbells and weighted circuit machines. The Elser even has an on-site Fitness Ambassador, who is available five days a week to ensure every piece of equipment is functioning optimally and that guests understand how each works, make suggestions on how to use the equipment, and pass out fresh juices. Complimentary boxing, boot camp, HIIT, Pilates and yoga classes are available on the hotel’s open-air fitness deck and in its indoor yoga studio. On-site personal trainers are also available for one-on-one training. And for those looking to relax and recharge, the hotel has a sauna and hot tub offering views of the Skyviews Miami Wheel and Biscayne Park.
“We are thrilled to be the home of BioHack Miami’s new wellness series,” said Ryan Todd, director of sales and marketing at The Elser. “The Elser continues to strive to develop new and unique partnerships, amenities and wellness offerings, and this series is poised to be a great addition to our community, guests and residents.”
