Bohemia Realty Group, the premier residential and commercial, sales and leasing brokerage in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx, will host the tenth workshop in its monthly series on Tuesday, October 24, 7- to 8 p.m., at La Maison d’Art, 259 West 132nd Street. Entitled “The Ins and Outs of Renovating Your Apartment,” the event is open to the public at no charge and will feature guest expert Gary Catchpole of GEC Design Group. Moderating the conversation will be Head of Sales and Development at Bohemia Realty Group, Beth Gittleman.
“From finding the best contractors to choosing cabinetry, it can be difficult to know where to begin an apartment renovation,” explains Sarah Saltzberg, co-founding principal of the real estate brokerage. “Gary will break the process down into manageable steps that will help attendees feel confident that they can achieve their dream apartment.”
Adds Ms. Gittleman, “As an expert in architectural and interior design as well as construction management, Gary will be an invaluable source of information on what to and what not to do when it comes time for an apartment transformation.”
