Triplemint’s CEO and Co-Founder David Walker has been named on the Forbes “30 Under 30” list for Consumer Technology, capping off a year of wins for the real estate tech startup, which raised $4.5 million in Series A funding earlier in the year and was listed in Inc. Magazine’s 500 fastest-growing companies in the U.S.
Forbes’ prestigious “30 Under 30” list features 600 young innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are challenging conventional wisdom and rewriting the rules for the next generation, much like Walker himself. Over 15,000 online submissions were received for the 600 slots, making it a 4 percent acceptance rate.
As an honoree, Walker says that this recognition demonstrates a clear shift in the real estate industry. “I’m honored to be recognized by Forbes, particularly in a category with so many people I respect and admire. I think it says a lot about the changing landscape of real estate to see a real estate tech company on the Forbes Consumer Technology list.”
