Co-Founder and CEO Ori Goldman created Loftey, a real estate tech startup focused on making the moving experience cheaper, faster, and easier.
The company pays for their clients’ moving costs, never charges any fees up front, and has teams dedicated to creating a seamless moving experience. Goldman and his team of brokers are set to revamp the way Manhattan real estate is rented and purchased, and to ultimately minimize the stress and hardship of emptying a bank account to look for a new apartment.
Loftey tackles the countless fake listings that pose scams and problems on sites like StreetEasy, Zillow, and Craigslist. And, Goldman himself works directly with properties all over Manhattan to make sure their clients are receiving the best apartments and rental prices.
As a millennial, Goldman knows that while the landscape of real estate is changing, technology should reflect, thus giving the consumer the autonomy in the fast paced city of New York.
