More than 100 top New York City real estate professionals came together to celebrate the official launch of lavish condominium building, 45 Park Place, as a part of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group’s week-long speaker series of industry discussions, CS Talks.
The event was held at the luxury tower’s Tribeca sales gallery near the site and guests listened to commentary from 45 Park Place developer Sharif El-Gamal of Soho Properties; Corcoran Sunshine agent and head of sales Vickey Barron; and visionary designer Piero Lissoni, who flew in from Italy to discuss his inspiration for designing both the interiors and amenities within the captivating, 50-residence tower-his first in New York City.
The result of a first-class team, which also includes design architect Michel Abboud of SOMA, 45 Park Place’s exclusive collection of contemporary loft and tower residences feature one- to four-bedroom homes with ultra-modern design and finishes, high ceilings and Manhattan views. Amenities include a double-height, 24-hour attended lobby and garden; a 50-foot indoor pool and spa; a residents’ club; fitness center; yoga and barre studio; and a children’s playroom. The tower’s plaza, garden, and neighboring, future museum will be designed by world renowned architect Jean Nouvel.
45 Park Place is expected to be complete in 2019.
