Top brokers and real estate professionals from across New York City joined leading developer Fisher Brothers, in cooperation with The Marketing Directors, for the debut of the David Rockwell-designed Sky Level amenities at luxury Murray Hill residential rental tower, House39.
Guests admired the incredible 360 degree views from the building’s rooftop, as well as the amenity space’s fire pit, covered cabana seating, lush greenery, gas grills, and hot tub. The top level indoor space also boasts a party room with a private, custom-designed kitchen, lounge, and an indoor pool.
Attendees also toured the building’s latest David Rockwell-designed model residences, which offer extravagant interiors, state-of-the-art appliances and spacious layouts. House39, which features a curved glass exterior from Handel Architects, debuted earlier this year.
