Ideal Properties Group opened its first Manhattan office. The 1,500-square-foot office is located at 149 West 24th Street, #5B in Chelsea.
“We are thrilled to announce that the ‘Brooklyn Born and Bred’ firm is now taking over Manhattan,” stated Aleksandra Scepanovic, managing director of Ideal.
The office is being led by Charles Badalamenti, who brings 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to taking charge of Ideal’s Chelsea location, he held a management position at a NYC-based real estate brokerage. Badalamenti is overseeing a resident team of 20 agents, with the number expected to grow quickly.
