Albeit China recently taking over Anbang Insurance Group, the Waldorf Astoria is still surging forward with its condominium plans.
The offering plan for the 352 condos hit the New York Attorney General’s website late Monday, and shows that the historic hotel will decrease the number of rooms offered for hotel-service in its conversion.
According to the offering plan, the condos will occupy the 14th through the 43rd floors.
In addition to the conversion, many of the public spaces in the Waldorf Astoria will also undergo extensive restoration.
