Chinatown’s College Station development took a large stride this week after the release of a drafted environmental report.
The development has been in the works for over three years, and was originally set to open this year. The project aims to bring 770 apartments to the area between College and Spring Streets. The development will also include 51,390 square feet of commercial space.
The project will take about 43 months to construct after approval, pushing the opening to 2023.
