Douglas Elliman announced its acquisition of VESPA Properties Group, a highly successful and respected boutique real estate firm based in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Co-founders Pietro Costa and Denver Butson will be joining Douglas Elliman as “The Costa Team” and will continue to operate throughout the Brooklyn community with a focus on Carroll Gardens, Boerum Hill, Park Slope, and Cobble Hill.
