The Maidstone Hotel

The historic property is the only design boutique hotel in East Hampton with 19 individually designed rooms, an elegantly relaxed restaurant and bar concept and lush gardens where guests are invited to relax, enjoy art and sip on après-beach cocktails. 

The Maidstone is run by entrepreneur and filmmaker Jonathan Baker and third-generation hotelier Jenny Baker. They have reimagined the hospitality space in the Hamptons since they took over The Maidstone Hotel in 2008. 

Jonathan Baker has made his mark as a director, hotelier and fragrance impresario.

Montauk Beach House (AKA The MBH)

Montauk Beach House is a dreamy oasis centrally situated in the heart of Montauk and directly located on the Downtown Circle. It’s one block away from the Atlantic Ocean surf beaches and a short walk to many of Montauk’s shops, restaurants, bars and cafés.
