Located at 668 South Alameda in AvalonBay, the mixed-use building is projected to house 475 units in addition to a grocery store and additional commercial space.
The City Planning Department published the final environmental report earlier this week, a check-mark in the developers project.
The plans are expected to be approved by the end of the year, with hopes of construction starting early 2019 followed by a four-year construction process.
