Absence of Proof Presents a Non-Alcoholic Bar Pop-Up, taking place at Kobrick Coffee on September 9th, 2022 from 7-11pm. Absence of Proof is proud to bring a boozeless nightlife option to Meatpacking District in Manhattan. This will be Absence of Proof’s second pop-up at Kobrick coffee. Absence of Proof’s menu will feature non-alcoholic cocktails, beers, wines, and functional beverages. At the event there will be opportunities for guests to have their photo taken on the red carpet, play games, and mingle with other members of NYC’s sober-curious community.

Absence of Proof’s founder, Elizabeth Gascoigne, decided to stop drinking earlier this year. Once she stopped consuming alcohol, she realized there were very few nightlife options in New York that didn’t revolve around drinking. She still wanted to maintain an active social life but was tired of having limited zero-proof options. That’s when Absence of Proof was born.
