A new mixed-use building located in the Arts District of Los Angeles is slated to open in phases over the course of the year, the first being in August with a final opening in November.
The five-building development will be home to 472-apartments, in addition to 23,000 square feet of shops and restaurants creating a mini community. Located at 950 Third Street, the complex will include a pool, gym, rooftop deck, recording studio, and green screen room.
