Aras, as the Sales Productivity Coach, will be tasked with mentoring agents in all sales techniques with the goal of increasing their sales goals. Likewise, Popplewell will do the same in the rental area and Blessinger will concentrate on being the Soft Skills Coach.

CEO Mark Chin explains he is pleased to announce the recent advancement of three agents to Coach status at Keller Williams in Tribeca.

“Leisa has run a successful sales mentorship program for years, and brings over 16 years of experience to the team. She deeply understands Keller Williiams’ systems and models, and has been teaching them in her capacity as Agent Leadership Council Member for years,” explains Chin.

Chin elaborates, “David has deep experience in this area, having co-run a rental productivity program which trained hundreds of agents and produced multiple millions of gross commission income. David was Rookie of the Year and a former member of the Agent Leadership Council. His specialty is getting new agents into production within the first 30 days whilst developing agents using the KW systems and models and applying them to agents rental business. Similarly, Brian completely transformed his business in 12 months by learning and implementing to a very high level the soft skills taught by Keller Williams. His scripts, dialogues, and listing presentations are masterful, and he leads a daily class, which is followed immediately by implementation. Brian also serves on the Agent Leadership Council.”
