Mann Report Residential: When did LVH Global first form as a business with a purpose in the market?
Amir Benesh: We first formed as a business three years ago.
MRR: How did you first get your start at LVH Global Properties? What was the idea behind the service?
AB: The idea behind the service was to focus on an all-inclusive experience. I recognized this need from my wealthiest clients in the past.
MRR: What is the process of adding a new destination/home to your portfolio?
AB: We have a local team identify 5-star properties in their area. Other times, somebody will call us to suggest a home and we send a team to inspect the home to make sure it lives up to the LVH Global standards.
MRR: Please detail some of the high-end amenities available at these exclusive locations.
AB: Top-tier amenities clients can expect are pools, WiFi, state-of-the-art appliances, an aspect of privacy, the best bedding, and a house that is in impeccable shape.
MRR: You’ve noted that guests receive a personal and local team when they arrive at their destination. How many are on this team? What services do they provide to guests?
AB: Our guests are guaranteed an ambassador, concierge, and housekeeping. Optional services include a driver, security, and chefs.

AB: When you opt for the honeymoon and spa retreats, the house is transformed to relate to that particular package. The spa package requires different amenities.
MRR: How do event experiences such as Coachella and Cannes Film Festival differ from Deluxe Package Vacations?
AB: For event experiences, we offer access to private events in the area, like yacht parties. One is a corporate event invitation, while the other is a vacation experience.
MRR: LVH Global aligns itself with strategic partners in each of its locations. What do these partners do to enhance the guests’ stay?
AB: We need our partners to be our local experts. They know the best restaurants, activities, and shopping areas.
MRR: How do the owners of these luxury properties get involved with LVH Global?
AB: 90 percent of the time, we are contacted from referrals.
MRR: On the website there is both an option to rent or buy, does LVH Global also act as a real estate platform for potential buyers? Can you elaborate?
AB: Yes. We also specialize in selling vacation homes. We know the market well, and people trust that we can find the best quality homes out there.
MRR: Any additional information we should know?
AB: We also offer a complimentary “experience” for our guests based on their preferences. For example, a golf lesson for the kids.
