BOND New York, a full service real estate brokerage firm has welcomed seasoned agents Bill Kowalczuk and Brett D.N. Compton to its Chelsea office. The Bill K Team comes to BOND from Warburg Realty, They will continue to work together on NYC residential rentals and sales building exclusives.
With 20 years of industry experience and over $500,000,000 in residential sales, Kowalczuk’s deep market expertise and commitment to customer service have continuously delivered impressive results for his clients.
Likewise, Compton brings with him seven years real estate experience and a deeply focused market knowledge. His in-depth knowledge of the business of real estate allows him to best assist those interested in investment properties and he has an uncanny sense in matching buyers and sellers.
Kowalczuk’s early career was at Corcoran, where he worked for 12 years. Then in 2011, the Native New Yorker moved to Town Residential where Brett joined him there that summer. The team moved to Warburg together in May 2016.
Compton graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York with an honors BFA in Interior Design, and was one of only two students nominated for the Donghia Foundation Scholarship Award. Prior to his real estate career, he refined his design skills at various New York architecture firms.
