Epic Commercial Realty sold an off-market mixed-use building containing lofts and prime retail spaces in Manhattan for $7,300,000. Ido Tzaidi and Tal Sharon were sole agents on the deal. Josh Greenberg and Frederick Rudd’s Rudd Realty Management Corporation were the buyers.
“We are happy for both sides,” Ido Tzaidi and Tal Sharon stated in a company release.
Located at 325-327 Greenwich Street in the heart of Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood, the corner mixed-use building contains four lofts and four retail units. Highlights from the deal are all four retail spaces will either be vacant or on a month-to-month tenancy.
Over the past 30 years, Tribeca has evolved into one of the most exclusive and sought-after residential neighborhoods in Manhattan. In the 1960s and 1970s, Tribeca’s famous and architecturally significant 19th century cast iron warehouse buildings were colonized by artists of all types seeking inexpensive lofts with huge windows, ceiling heights, and expansive floor plans. As is often the case, once artists seed a neighborhood with exciting restaurants, bars, and shops, the mainstream public then follows.
