Two Trees Management, the family-owned, Brooklyn-based developer and manager of Domino Park, today announced that SKATE at Domino Park, presented by Aerie, Williamsburg’s first waterfront ice skating rink, will be open for its second annual season from Monday, November 10, 2025, through Sunday, February 22, 2026.
“Domino Square’s year-round programming has transformed this stretch of waterfront into a true community destination, and the ice rink is a perfect example of that,” said Jed Walentas, Principal at Two Trees Management. “Last winter’s inaugural season showed just how valuable the rink was for Williamsburg, drawing local families, kids, and friends from across the neighborhood, as well as visitors and residents from around the city, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back for year two.”
SKATE at Domino Park, presented by Aerie, transforms Domino Square into a 7,000-square-foot ice rink and New York’s coolest wintertime destination, with the best skating views in the city overlooking the East River and Manhattan skyline. The rink boasts glass dasher boards and offers first-class Riedell ice skate rentals, delivering a superior skating experience unmatched by typical temporary or seasonal outdoor rinks. Directly adjacent to the rink in Domino Square, beloved pizza spot Stretch Pizza recently opened, and Michigan favorite Frita Batidos is coming soon.
“SKATE, with its unbeatable views, sets a new standard for ice skating in New York City,” said Michael Lampariello, Director of Domino Park. “Our holiday programming reflects the energy, creativity, and family-friendly spirit that define Domino Park year-round.”
SKATE at Domino Park, presented by Aerie, in the 2025-2026 season will be a platform for even more community-driven programming and partnerships, with an exciting slate of events including DJ nights, holiday-themed events, live performances, and activities for kids. Some of last year’s successful events included Skate with Santa in partnership with the Ice Theatre of New York and an event with Figure Skating in Harlem’s Young Professionals Committee, a professional group committed to girls’ empowerment, youth development, and figure skating.
Beyond special events and programming, a new offering this skate season is birthday parties, which will come with a designated, semi-private party space with seating for up to 20 children and will allow hosts to bring food, refreshments and tabletop decorations. In addition to public skating hours, the rink is available to rent out for corporate events, holiday parties, networking events, and more, allowing organizations to host unique gatherings and team-building experiences against the scenic backdrop of the waterfront and Manhattan skyline.
Nestled between Two Trees’ residential waterfront development One Domino Square and its office offering The Refinery at Domino, Domino Square is a one-acre programmable public plaza and flexible outdoor space designed to enhance the lives of the Domino Park community and create flexible and amenitized public space for the broader neighborhood. Designed by landscape architecture firm Field Operations in collaboration with Brooklyn-based architecture firm Studio Cadena, Domino Square regularly hosts public activations such as farmer’s markets, graduations for neighborhood schools, salsa nights, movie nights, concerts, and more.
SKATE at Domino Park, presented by Aerie, will be open from 2:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday and from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Some holidays will have extended hours. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit https://www.dominopark.com/ice-skating.
