Helmsley Spear, LLC, a real estate firm founded in 1866, has announced the appointment of Edward F. Eagan as a licensed real estate salesperson focusing on the investment sales segment of the real estate market place.

Eagan will report to Andrew G. Simon, executive vice president. The announcement was made by Kent M. Swig, president of Helmsley Spear.
