Circa Central Park Unveils Two Model Resistance

Circa Central Park (Circa), Manhattan’s nature-inspired Upper West Side residential development located at 285 West 110th Street and developed by Artimus Construction (Artimus), recently unveiled two modeled residences at the condominium: Unit 3G, a 2,113-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home on the market for $4,520,460; and Unit 2A, a 1,596-square-foot, two-bedroom, three-bath home on the market for $3,032,400.

Both of these model homes were staged by ASH NYC, a premiere staging and design company, and both featured local artwork curated by Art in FLUX, an uptown arts initiative. Artimus, along with Town New Development, the exclusive sales and marketing team for Circa, invited top brokers for light hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Dan Kaplan, senior partner at FXFOWLE, Circa’s architecture firm, spoke about the design of the project, the great location and the relationship the building has being right next to Central Park.

“Central Park’s essential character of greenery, wood and stone doesn’t stop at Circa’s front door; rather it is woven into the very fabric of the building,” Kaplan stated. “The central court—visible from the lobby and lined with amenities—is a “keepsake” of the park. Natural, tactile and light materials are incorporated in the residences and common spaces.”

Amenities include a spacious lobby with a twenty-four hour doorman and double height expansive glass walls that allow for plentiful natural light. Overlooking the lobby is a 3,000-square-foot, landscaped courtyard that is next to a state-of-the-art fitness center, children’s playroom and residents’ lounge. Circa will begin closings this summer and offers residents a 25-year tax abatement.
