Gerard Longo, principal of Brooklyn’s Madison Estates brokerage, and his team announced a merger with Joseph Sciulara, founder of Best Seller #1 Properties. Sciulara brings his 30-plus years of real estate experience and his strong reputation within the real estate industry to Madison Estates.
Madison Estates has dual offices serving the Brooklyn community; Sciulara will continue his leadership of his elite group of brokers at the Madison Estates office located at 2922 Avenue R, Brooklyn. Best Seller #1 Properties will increase the Madison Estates roster by an additional fifteen associates, including Helen Defontes, Sciulara’s long-time sales manager. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. Best Seller #1 Properties is added to the list of mergers for Madison Estates, inclusive of which is Coldwell Banker Sure Homes Sale, which merged with Madison Estates in 2011.
“We had many options in deciding in which direction to take our team next and with having such a long-standing relationship with Gerard and the team at Madison, it was an obvious decision for me to make. We look forward to a long and beneficial relationship for all,” said Sciulara.
