The residential brokerage firm Rutenberg NYC has signed a lease for its new corporate office on the 22nd floor of 641 Lexington Avenue, expanding from its current office space of 1,890 square feet at nearby 127 East 56th Street.
Robert Barr of Charles Rutenberg LLC represented the tenant, Rutenberg NYC, while Robert Steinman of Rudin Management Company, Inc. represented the landlord in-house.
Rutenberg NYC, which has been experiencing exponential growth, moved into its new office this summer, nearly doubling its previous space in a Class A, 3,110-square-foot property with wall-to-wall windows that offer spectacular views of the city. The new office features a state-of-the-art conference room and provides a nearly 30 percent increase in the number of workstations to accommodate the firm’s 700 agents.
