TOWN Residential, New York’s leading luxury real estate services firm, announced industry veteran Adam Taylor has joined the firm’s Astor Place office as Director of Sales. A veteran of TOWN with over thirty years of luxury sales experience and over a decade of experience in the high-end New York City real estate market, Adam is well-poised to take on the role, working alongside Danielle Elo, sales and leasing manager, and Larry Goldblatt, leasing manager.
Along with his extensive sales and marketing background, Adam brings excellent communication skills and unsurpassed negotiating tactics to his new role. Adam carries a wealth of experience in all aspects of the New York City luxury real estate market, ranging from sales and leasing to investment and new development serving high profile clients across the fields of sports and entertainment, and business and finance both locally and internationally. Adam’s presence will be an invaluable addition to the daily initiatives and long-term business goals of the firm’s seasoned and new representatives alike.
Most recently with Compass and previously with Brown Harris Stevens, Adam was among the first Representatives at TOWN’s flagship Flatiron office. Prior to making his mark in real estate, Adam spent thirty successful years in the luxury home goods market where he managed a high-producing team of national sales agents.
