Shimon Shkury, president and founder of Ariel Property Advisors, has been awarded City & State’s prestigious Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Award in Real Estate & Construction. Mr. Shkury and his fellow honorees were presented with the award at a special breakfast ceremony at New York Law School.
The event, which attracted over 200 attendees, featured a panel of some of New York City’s most influential industry leaders. Mr. Shkury was selected following a public nomination process via City & State’s website. City & State is a multimedia news organization dedicated to coverage of New York’s federal, state, and local government, political and advocacy news.

City & State CSR awards showcase outstanding accomplishments of leading New York corporations and executives who successfully promote one or more of the Core Principles of Corporate Social Responsibility: Charity, Diversity, Environment & Sustainability, Equity, Ethics, Privacy, Sourcing, Transparency, Volunteerism and Community Engagement.
Ivan Petrovic, executive vice president at Ariel Property Advisors accepted the award on Mr. Shkury’s behalf.
