Ideal Properties Group, a leading real estate firm, today announced it is exclusively managing seven of A&E Real Estate Holdings’ Brooklyn properties. Founded in 2011, A&E is one of the largest multifamily real estate ownership and management firms in New York City.
Ideal exclusively manages 100 Lefferts Avenue, 65 Ocean Avenue, 230 Ocean Parkway, 483 Ocean Parkway, 80 Woodruff Ave, 311 Lincoln Place and 260-262 Saint James Place. All seven properties are multi-story residential buildings in some of Brooklyn’s most popular neighborhoods.
