Twelve-stories of contemporary apartments are now available for rent at Huis24, the newest luxury residential building in Long Island City, Queens. The 91-unit property, located at 41-22 24th Street, offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom homes that range in price from $2,200 to $3,425 per month.
Leading brokerage firm Modern Spaces is exclusively marketing and leasing the 12-story property. The project, designed by My Architect PC, is being developed by SMA Equities and ARI Investors.
“Huis24 was designed to feel like a modern art museum, embodying the cultural vibrancy of the Queens Plaza neighborhood in Long Island City,” said Sina Mahfar, co-founder of SMA Equities.

Common spaces at Huis24, a name derived from the Dutch word for house, feature double-height ceilings and concrete floors. An expansive amenity collection at Huis24 includes a residents’ gym, a co-working space, a screening room and individual video intercom systems. Situated on the building’s second floor is a terrace with a recreation room and a kitchenette, while the 11th floor has an additional entertaining and outdoor space. Huis24 also offers bike and car parking, plus ample storage space available for rent.
Huis24 is located in the Queens Plaza section of Long Island City, home to many stylish restaurants and retail storefronts. A variety of iconic museums and parks also surround the building, including MoMa P.S. 1, The Sculpture Center and Queensbridge Park. Huis24 is a short walk to the Queensboro Plaza subway station where the 7, N and W subway lines are accessible and the 21st Street Queensbridge subway station where the F line is available.
