World renowned artist Bradley Theodore, known for his bold, skeletal psychedelic portraits of Anna Wintour and Karl Lagerfeld, recently conceptualized and painted an original custom artwork in the lobby of 261 Hudson, a new building designed by critically acclaimed architect Robert A.M. Stern. Theodore painted the work on-site, and it joins another original painting he created for the building.
Born in Turks and Caicos and based in New York, Theodore is known around the world for his paintings. Real estate development firm Related Companies commissioned both artworks for its building 261 Hudson.
261 Hudson is a collection of thoughtfully designed residences complemented by a unique suite of amenities for entertainment, work, and leisure. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects and landscape architects HMWhite, 261 Hudson is one of the only full-service rental buildings in West Soho.
