New York–based developer Daten Group’s “Vibe Living” division announced its newly opened seven-story, 46-unit luxury rental building in downtown Hoboken recently launched leasing.
“This building sets a new standard for luxury residential products by providing the finishes and services on par with top rental buildings in Manhattan,” said David Ennis, president of Daten Group. “These high-end units meet the needs of young, affluent professionals seeking a more upscale living experience while offering a significant price discount relative to Manhattan.”
The 69,155-square-foot building at 600 Harrison, between 6th and 7th streets, was designed by Nastasi Architects, and provides sleek, modern finishes and an abundant amenities package that includes a virtual doorman for enhanced security, spacious layouts with a washer-dryer in each apartment, a fully equipped private gym, outdoor recreation space, and 32-spot parking garage.
Rental prices on the units range from $2,700 a month for a one-bedroom, one bath, to $4,750 a month for a three-bedroom, two-bath apartment. It also features five units of affordable housing in accordance with New Jersey State guidelines for Hoboken.
This marks The Daten Group’s involvement in its fourth suburban building to be built under the hip Vibe Living lifestyle brand. The New York developer is also building:
- A 39-unit luxury rental near the famous Barclay’s Center in at 840 Fulton Street, Brooklyn. Construction is underway, with a mid-2018 completion date.
- A 70-unit luxury condo in Park Slope, Brooklyn, at 575 4th Avenue. The building is under construction with an early 2019 completion date.
The Daten Group also recently sold out a luxury condo of 14 units at 72 Poplar Street in Brooklyn Heights, where they transformed an old police precinct and received record prices, including $6.95 million for a condo/townhouse attached to the building.
