Cauldwell Wingate recently completed construction at 7 West 21st Street. Rose Associates and Friedland Properties retained Cauldwell Wingate as Construction Manager for the 350,000 square-foot, mixed-use luxury residential building. The property, located in Manhattan’s Flatiron neighborhood, consists of two 18-story towers with a total of 289 apartments.
The buildings, designed by Morris Adjmi, are uniquely located on a through-block and feature two long exterior façades. 7 West 21st Street’s two towers are connected by a common one-story base and two full cellar levels, with the base of the building containing a combination of parking garages, retail space, residential lobby, shared amenity spaces, and building services.
