Developed by Adellco Corporation, the d’Orsay-an 11-story project located at 211 West 14th Street-will consist of 21 residences with interiors designed by renowned French designer Jacques Garcia, making his grand debut in the residential realm. Hill West Architects will be handling the architectural design of the European-inspired building, located in the nexus of the West Village, Meatpacking District, and Chelsea.
Homes will range from one- to four-bedrooms, as well as a penthouse and townhouse; with some having private outdoor space. Prices range from $1.695M to $8.95M.
The boutique luxury building boasts expansive amenities including a rooftop garden, skylit fitness center, as well as a spa with a treatment room, steam room, and plunge pool.
