Hirshmark Capital, through an affiliate entity, announced the funding of a $2.45 million renovation/bridge loan secured by a 4-story building in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn.
The subject property is a 5,100 square foot brownstone that is being converted into three condominium units. The property is in the heart of Park Slope, just blocks away from the Barclays Center.
This transaction was negotiated by Hirshmark’s Mikhail Gurevich.
