Ideal Properties Group announced that 75 percent of the units at 578 Sterling Place are in contract.
The building is located on the border of Prospect Heights and Crown Heights and just three blocks from Prospect Park. It features four newly-constructed two bedroom, two bathroom condominiums. Three of the units went into contract since the launch of the building in November 2017.
The remaining duplex just hit the market for $1.595 million, and features over 2,100-square-feet of interior space, a terraced 515-square-foot backyard, as well as a maisonette. 578 Sterling was developed by Marco Auteri, Daniel Pipitone and John Ferrara of Boomerang Development Group.
All four units offer full-floor layouts featuring ample living space, ceilings over nine feet tall, abundant outdoor spaces for all residences by way of private backyards or roof decks with views of North Brooklyn. Each home also has chef-style island kitchens of quartz waterfall countertops, glass and porcelain mosaic backsplash and custom grey-stained wooden cabinetry that are matched with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliance packages exclusively by Bertazzoni Italia.
