Greenland USA’s largest condo tower was listed last month and is expected to be complete by 2019, holding a total of 736 condos in downtown Los Angeles— not long after putting 18-story Hotel Indigo on the market for $280 million.
The buildings are part of Greenland USA’s four-building project in South Park.
The other two buildings in Greenland USA’s project, a 38-story condo tower and 40-story condo tower are not for sale.
