The Moinian Group announced that Bold New York is leading leasing and marketing at their latest project, Oskar. The developer’s posh 14-story, boutique building is slated to launch leasing this spring.
This is the second collaboration between the top national developer and Bold New York, who spearheaded marketing and leasing at nearby Sky, the largest rental building in the country—The luxury 1,175-unit residence reached 100 percent occupancy only 18-months after launching leasing in 2016 and has been instrumental in the elevation of luxury residential living on the far west side.

Located at 572 11th Avenue, Oskar is the perfect counterpoint to Sky, with only 118 residences and 14 stories, the building provides a more intimate environment, offering something for everyone. Studio, one- and two-bedroom homes feature keyless entry with smart locks, custom taupe oak wood floors, and undulating bay-like, floor-to-ceiling windows that provide each space with unique city views and natural sunlight. The 183,000-square-foot building features architecture and interiors from award-winning firm CetraRuddy.
