Pizzarotti LLC, a leading international construction services company, announced the topping out of Phase II of The Ritz-Carlton Residences Long Island, North Hills.
Phase II of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, North Hills, offers a five-star lifestyle to owners with 120 luxury condominiums on 17 beautifully landscaped acres. Located within one of New York’s most prestigious neighborhoods, the Village of North Hills on Long Island’s North Shore, the gated community presents an attractive opportunity in a scenic landscape that is also conveniently located just outside of Manhattan.

The 115,000-square foot residential project will include six new luxury residential buildings.

The Pizzarotti team is in the process of installing gourmet kitchens and lavish bathrooms that will include custom Millwork cabinetry in addition to top of the line appliances and fixtures.

The contract itself is worth over $100 million. Construction progress is moving along steadily and scheduled for a February 2019 completion date.
Once construction is complete the luxury condominiums will be managed by the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
