Los Angeles’s South Park neighborhood may receiver another residential high-rise.
The City Planning Department offered a first look at the residential building proposed by Omni Group, a Canadian developer who is currently redeveloping Times Mirror Square Complex downtown.
The 60-story tower is planned to reside on the corner of Olympic Boulevard and Hill Street, including 15,000 square feet of commercial space, an underground parking garage, and a total of 700 apartment units.
The project still has to go through a lengthy approval process by the city, but if all goes as planned the tower would boast the title of fourth tallest building in L.A.
