The Lewis, a boutique-style rental building, located at 411 West 35th Street, announced that it has teamed with notable modern furniture & home décor company Room & Board to unveil the building’s collection of terrace residences as the building surpasses 70 percent leased. As part of the collaboration, Room & Board has stylishly outfitted one of the 12 terrace residences, a one bedroom featuring a spacious living/dining layout, northern views, and an impressive terrace that spans the length of the residence. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the building.

With interiors designed by renowned INC Architecture & Design, The Lewis boasts high design, refined amenities, and 186 modern studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences.
