The new restaurant Claude’s at the Southampton Inn serves its famous breakfast daily from renowned Executive Chef James Carpenter. Claude’s will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and also serve lunch and dinner. At Claude’s, guests enjoy locally sourced options plus entertainment in the form of pianist Konstantin Soukhovestski every Thursday evening and Carry Out Claude’s service for those who need a picnic on the move.
Zach Erdem has transformed 75 Main into the Hamptons summer dining staple and a year-round hotspot. Erdem reinvented the Southampton eatery, combining the classic style of the Hamptons with the enticing elements of New York City nightlife. Celebrity guests have included Leonardo di Caprio, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, 50 Cent, and Sarah Jessica Parker.
This season, Southampton Social Club returns to set the standard for dining, drinks, and dancing. As the pre-eminent fine dining supper club in the Hamptons. Where to Go
Be nice to animals and support the Wildlife Rescue Center of the Hamptons Get Wild! event Saturday, June 23 from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. hosted by Joan and Bernard Carl. This annual event will be at Carls’ home, “Little Orchard” in Southampton. It will include an honoree presentation, an exciting auction, and an opportunity to meet the animals the Center helps and supports.
Attend this year’s Hamptons Happening from the Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation held on the grounds of philanthropists Kenneth and Maria Fishel’s Bridgehampton estate. This year’s 14th annual event honors Chef Matt Lambert and Ramy Brook.
Michael Milken’s Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF), a nonprofit organization which remains steadfast in its commitment to identify and quickly fund groundbreaking cancer research programs globally, will host its annual gala at the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill, NY on August 25. The gala supports the 14th Annual Charles Evans PCF Pro-Am Tennis Tournament.
The Ferrari-Maserati Private Charity Brunch and Luxury Showcase will be held at a private estate in Water Mill this July produced by RAND Luxury in association with Ferrari Maserati of Long Island. On display will be the latest models and the opportunity to experience a ride in these fine marques. The private event is by invitation only.
