To highlight the stunning views, CEO and Founder David Dynega created an open space layout throughout the apartment, adding modern touches that include LED lighting, a luxe fireplace with a ventless EcoSmart insert that uses ethanol, and a hidden refrigerator/freezer under the counter, providing ample space in the kitchen.
A special element in this project is Dynega’s meticulous work in creating an optional guest room through the use of a wall divider that is hidden in a closet. A hidden bed by Resource Furniture pulls down in a unique way, while preserving the décor space with shelves above it, so nothing has to be moved. And when not in use, the living space is restored easily.
