Brooklyn’s soap-factory-turned-condo building on North 7th Street in Williamsburg is gearing up for sales, which is why developers Adam America Real Estate and Naveh Shuster Group have unveiled a new set of renderings, in addition to a teaser site.
The nine-story building will house 45 apartments ranging from one- to three-bedroom, including four available penthouses and three garden-level residences. A majority of the residences will include some variant of private outdoor space.
Resident amenities include a rooftop fitness center and outdoor space, a children’s playroom, on-site parking, and private cabanas. Both the parking and cabanas are available for purchase.
With interiors by Paris Forino, the trendy Williamsburg apartments are expected to launch sometime this summer. Exclusive sales are being handled by Douglas Elliman.
