15 Jay St, the loft condominium conversion on a cobblestone street in the Tribeca West Historic District, has released new property renderings. The residences are developed by Jay Hudson LLC and designed by the Meshberg Group, who paid special attention to the detailing in each home.
This classic downtown conversion is comprised of five gracefully appointed lofts. An intimate and ambitious project, the design blends quintessential loft details with refined finishes to create an elegant space for living.
Each of the building’s three distinct layouts have been designed to accommodate a contemporary lifestyle, while simultaneously recalling Tribeca’s industrial past, featuring expansive rooms, high ceilings, enormous windows, exposed brick and wooden beams, and wide plank wood floors.
Amenities for the building include an elegant lobby, a private keyed elevator, virtual doorman, a package delivery room, private storage, bicycle storage, and a video intercom system.
MNS is serving as the exclusive sales team, with Michael Brooks as the lead on the project. The launch is anticipated for fall 2018 and pricing for the homes range from approximately $4 million to $8 million.
